In my opinion this sport, largely due to nbc is presented incorrectly. They try to hard selling story lines and trying to make it ‘look cool’ instead of just calling the race as it unfolds. the other flaw is dumbing it down, explaining what a start device and scoop tire is every race is nauseating. Just call the race for the avid fan, if someone hears something they don’t know about and they want to they’ll look it up. Your not gonna get anywhere catering to the lowest common denominator. Why would he be? Hes not even a podium threat on an outdoor track

It should be an embarrassment to the people who control the sport in this country, Coombs/ the AMA, that we are the largest, wealthiest, most tracks, most dealers, largest aftermarket, and we cannot win our own championships. The system simply doesn't develop complete pro racers, it simply transfers money from parents to promoters and "facilities". We don't even have all the announcers at our supercross races.

What's weird with Webb and his outdoor skills is that he has a couple of amazing standout races. Like Charlotte USGP and MXoN in Maggiora. But other than those there aren't any great moments and he has never been close to being a contender for an outdoor title in the 450 class. Sure he has a 250 title but we don't regard 250 titles when we're talking about the very elite 450 riders.

He can ride a 250 outdoors. Fixed it for you. He's not going to magically turn into an elite 450 mx rider at 30yrs old. As if a trainer could help him get in the same zip code as Jett.
