Besides the rocks, riding at Loket looked much more fun to me than most national tracks. Hard pack and dust won't kill you!

I downvoted you. Webb never used to suck outdoors on a 250, I think he lost interest when he got on a 450. But yeah, I can’t think of another premier class SX champion that didn’t also have a premier class Outdoor championship dating back to the early 80s.

7/26/2026 10:09pm There has never been a SX champion - let alone a multi-time SX champion - that has underperformed in MX as much as The Outdoor Warrior. Whether it is due to lack of ability or because he couldn't be arsed putting in the work, the fact remains he has massively underperformed.

There is no American rider in the 250s that will do anything in 450 SX/MX mayve Ryder d that's it for now. Its not just an MX issue.

There’s a couple of young Aussie fellas and a Kiwi that seem to go okay outdoors despite being on SX for more than half the year. It’s not that. Seems to me if the US are losing their former advantage, it started in your junior system a number of years ago, and we’re now seeing the difference.

7/26/2026 4:49pm Jett and Hunter race SX yet are also the best motocross riders in the world... Cole Davies is the 250 East SX Champion yet is also the fastest 250 MX rider in the USA... US riders are spoilt training facility brats. That's why American riders are cooked...

Meanwhile you look at the side of the screen and see the gap for first narrowing from 2 seconds. To 1.7, to 1.3, to 1 second etc. and they just don’t cut to the battle for the lead. Amazing how much the broadcast team miss. How does Jett crash while leading and no camera catches it? Even if we aren’t watching him live at the time. You would think somewhere had a camera on the leader.
