Innocent until proven guilty doesn't mean shit outside of the courtroom. Guilty people get acquitted all the time. Just because charges were dropped doesn't mean he didn't punch and choke his wife. How does this topic equate to toughness? I didn't read all the posts, so I don't know any subtext going on, but I personally have always thought of racing as being about speed. Something like enduros or trials do have a speed component, but technically they're competitions, not exactly races. I've always loved mx racing, which racing means you don't go slow.
