Even though Tomac deserves redemption for 2023 because that was absolutely his, Kenny retiring without an SX title would never sit well with me. So definitely Kenny.

4/3/2026 10:18pm Your comment about 'next tier' shows why championships shouldn't be the only metric of a great rider. There is no way in a million years that Cooper 'Cooked' Webb is a tier above Eli, Stew, Reed, RJ or Wardy. As for your question: Kenny. Eli already has two.

I’m not a Jett fan at all, but his post made me laugh because Jett’s one of the smoothest guys on the track. And his ACL wasn’t even from a crash or from not being smooth…

I can only recall one crash that resulted in an injury since going 450, and that was at Hangtown when he made a dumb decision. The two main injuries that have seen him sit out SX seasons have both happened on the bike without crashing. The only other big crash I can think of was in his rookie 250 SX season. The evidence supporting the narrative that Jett is a crasher appears to be very limited.

There is a big difference between getting injured and crashing a lot. There are riders who crash way more, he's just not as durable as he looked as in his 250 days, kinda like Herlings who tips over and has a discolated shoulder. Then you have guys like Sexton or Seewer who can fly 100 yards through the air and line up again.

When you ride as much as these guys you have crashes. Happens to literally every rider. There is nothing Jett needs to ‘smooth out’ 😂

Just short of two months till the gate drop at Pala. Plenty of time for him to get ready. Always a bummer when any rider gets injured and I hope there ain't anymore before the outdoors start.
