It happened to KRok at A1 also in the 250 main. I thought this mech was pretty cheap sticking the board in KRok`s face when his rider has not even landed from the jump.Lap 2 and 4 is all you could see on tv. Funny they were both on KTM`s, but the karma bug bit.

Check the cases where the shift forks go in( both cases left and right). The forks move in and out of the cases during shifting. If there is a burr or small piece of metal that caused the burr ( very small) in the case or on the shaft of the shift fork it will cause your problem.
