Figure I’m 88% muscle, so 136 pounds of that is muscle. I look emaciated in my face, but when I take my shirt off……. Yeah, this is what I weighed Freshman year. My plan is to put 10 pounds of muscle back on and stay about 10% body fat. i think we as a nation have “normalized” obesity.

I'm 57 5'10" 220 lbs. No idea on body fat but for sure should be lower . I was up to 230 a couple months ago and 38 in waist . Most I've ever weighed . I'm on my way back down and my goal is 200 lbs. Man I couldn't imagine 155 . I'd look emaciated. That's what I weighed in high school .

It would be interesting to hear more details about how it happened. I have a Stryker crossbow, and after the first shot there's time to flee, or brain the shit out of the shooter with a frying pan before he gets off another. Reloading is a process. If you ever saw any walking dead shows, you'll notice they never showed the dude reload his crossbow. If they had you'd know that he'd have had his brains sucked out before he got the cocking rope on it.
