Ricky Carmichael not only has the most motocross wins of all time, he's also got the most holeshots by a healthy margin! I've scoured through YouTube videos, CycleNews articles, and RacerX articles to compile the holeshot winners of nearly every 450 MX moto since 1974! Are there any surprises with these lists?

Bikes and ATVs started at 12:00 a.m. Trophy Trucks and the rest of the 4-wheeled entires start at 8 a.m. This year the course is a “Loop” circuit beginning and finishing in Ensenada. My team, 600x - reigning ProMoto 60 Champs, is leading our class and 12th on the race course. I’m not racing this year due to getting a new knee 2 weeks ago. I hope everyone has a fun and safe race. If I'm not going to run that car for more than two weeks, I drain the fuel out of the entire system and put a little 2t fuel through it. This is a well known an...
