Urseth727 Added a reply to Mx careers

7/11/2018 1:55pm
I grew up racing mx/sx (scored a few points in sx, and have made alot of connections along the way) and recently graduated PT school. I have a strong orthopedic background and my passion is manual therapy/ exercise phys. ( lines up with mx athletes well). I am now a licensed physical therapist and it seems to be hard to...

I attached a youtube link of a...

ASU does not have a PT program and I did not get into NAU. There are 4 PT programs in the state of AZ and I am currently attending A.T. Still University. We are in the east valley, in Mesa.. if you are familiar with the area. It is an awesome program as well. I would highly suggest this school...

Yeah, I raced sx the entire time I was at Arizona State University to earn my bachelors in kinesiology. I then applied to Physical therapy school and got accepted. I made houston sx main event in 2015 as an offcially enrolled Doctor of Physical Therapy student. I didnt really get recognized for getting 18th place but it was such an...
I went there once years ago and it was bitchin. I was visiting some of my family in Ridgecrest so I wanted to ride something fairly close. I was completely surprised by the prep that went in there. There was like 5-10 ppl riding that day and the track was cherry all day!

Man that sucks, sorry to hear about that, Hope he heals up quick. The year we rode for Slaton Racing a few years back I remember him coming up short on a huge triple ( at 1 of the Anaheim's I believe) and pretty sure that ended in a broken femur as well.

Urseth727 Added a reply to MX During College?

Not to sound like a dick but I wont be offended by your opinion. ( you didnt even spell the major right) Kinesiology may not be as "mathy" as M.E. but they arent basket weaving classes, they are geared toward getting you ready and prepped for grad school. Some of my undergrad classes included: Calculus Organic chemistry 1 &2 University...

If you like to ride and money isnt an issue, Id suggest keeping it and riding! College isnt as hard and spooky as everyone makes it out to be. I graduated from Arizona State in May of 2014 with my Bachelors of Science (Kinesiology). I also raced west coast supercross and some select outdoors every year. (Making mains in sx...

Hey ya'll, This is Rhett Urseth and I am reaching out to anyone that was thinking or that is going to Houston supercross this weekend. If you guys know of anyone that could fill in as my race day mechanic it would be greatly appreciated. It would basically just be writing on pitboard, setting holeshot device and help straighten bars...

Urseth727 Added a reply to Rekluse Core or Torque Drive?

1/21/2015 9:22am
The torque drive is the first rekluse clutch I have ever used (as of last friday) so I can not compare the products, but I will tell you it is Awesome. You can feel it out of the corners and in whoops it feels like a tractor and just wants to keep pulling! The website claims its a new generation...

So first let me start off by saying I know vital can be a brutal and very critical place at times, so I’ve been very reluctant and precise when I post on here. This post isn’t meant to get flamed away so if you are one of the people that just have negative comments please just click the back button...

Thank you to everyone that is supporting and all the positive comments. I can not believe all the kind words and support from everyone over the past couple days. I was going to say how they got stolen in the original post but it was getting a bit lengthy. We usually stay at a hotel around the stadiums and bring...

When I saw him crash and leg bend that way I got such a bad feeling in my stomach. I do not know the kid but seeing a youngin get seriously injured is one of the things that make me cringe. Growing up racing all the am nationals I always thought the 80cc race at U.S. Open was cool but...
