I have a choice condition, freshly ported head for the 17-20 Crf450r engines. Less than 30hrs on the head since showroom before being pulled off, and ported. I have 3 choice cams for the 14-17 Crf250r. Should work in the 10-13 model engine as well (verify me if I’m wrong). 1 of them is a WebCam, the other 2 are WebCam regrinds using a stock core. They are all part # 67407 $500 shipped for all 3! Pro Rods CWI complete crank should fit a 10-17 Crf250r...

Nice job. Every time I see a thread like this or do a build myself, I'm amazed at the dumb/negligent things people can do to their bikes. We bought an '07 CR125 for my son. The kid that owned it had the jetting so far off that he had to put a super hot, lawn mower plug in it for it to start and run. Fortunately, we caught that one right away when disassembling the bike (which was otherwise -- surprisingly -- in pretty good, unmolested condition).

Awesome build, I just did the same with an 02, the restyle kit is nice and all but they got the hole for the rear shock adjuster way too low, almost need to get the right side off to adjust it. Was wondering if it’s just me, but I see everyone else’s is the same.

If you swap that 20 year old Taiwanese powervalve servo motor for a Japanese Mabuchi 365 "short can", those bikes run better. 2 wires. Solder.
