I Wanted to give an update on this issue. I also own a 2020.5 RE and had the same issue. My dealership talked with the Husqvarna rep and they gave the dealership some instructions. We installed the Connectivity Unit then plugged the bike into the shop computer and flashed the ECU to the 2021 software. After this the Connectivity Unit...

I've owned a 2006, 2010, 2013, 2017 and now the 2018. For some reason my 2013 always took a few extra kicks to fire up. The 18 definitely starts easier than any of the old models. Two kicks when the engine is cold and one when its warm.

I've been on Suzuki since '96, I went from the '17 RMZ450 to the '18 and it's a much better bike. I added a Ride Engineering link and once you get the bike balanced the suspension is superb. Also ditch the stock front tire for a Dunlop, Pirelli or Michelin.

Stewarts factory Suzuki has the crankcase vent hose cut down and routed directly between the motor and linkage. The stock vent hose routes up and over the intake then out behind the motor. Anyone know the advantage of routing the vent hose this way?
