Rmz450 sprocket selection

I am just wondering a good combination to run for sprockets on my 08 rmz 450. I have a 13 on the front and 50 on the back just seems like gears are short. Manual says 14 is stock would it make much difference if I put one on the front? I do alot of track riding not much trail.

Stock gearing on the rmz450 is perfect imo

Stock gearing is 13/50 and works great for me.

In my owners manual it says 14 for the front but have a 13 on it now. You guys ride much sand?
