42 riders tried to qualify for the 250 class, 24 in the 450’s. Not a good reflection of the state of MX in Canada at the moment.

2/1/2026 7:11am He will be okay. He raced a few D16 races and on a 125, he was passing and even beat some really good guys on 450’s that were leading open A. He’s quick, I do see his point at racing a year in B on a 250 but man he’s ridiculously quick.

1/27/2026 1:39pm Just picked up an RC edition 450. They did all of the recalls before I picked it up. Last summer there was issues with our team bikes and we ended up testing the new part out for the transmission at a national. If they drop a 350, I will definitely get one. The ktm 350 is my favorite bike

Ok I,m probably doing the same . My groin is pulled pretty bad & had a injection on my it band today , epidural on back Fri . My mod bike trans is all apart etc. if my groin heals fast I might go to Quebec. Did you do the week long event at Deschambault & the pro race Sunday. ? That’s alot of riding & camping at the track. 7/15/2025 8:53pm Unfortunately no, Im chasing district 16 points this year with my wedding coming in September. I’ll be at Xmas Motorsports park instead. Deschambault is all time, great track, great vibes all the way around with big crowds. I’m hoping next year I can get back to doing the eastern rounds but all depends on what my program looks like.

Took a ride over to Club MX yesterday to deliver the WLTN Kawasaki teams hoses. My wife and I sat and chatted with Steve Simms for about an hour at their Club MX team garage and Steve is a super nice and friendly guy to sit and talk with. By the time we got back home Steve already had a set of the Works hoses on Nicolette’s practice bike. Can’t wait to see the 250 setup with an electric pump installed. We found the needed J hose thats needed for an E pump!

1/19/2025 3:23pm I didn’t personally, but it was just there for a service though! This is the team owners bike from last year. We just got 4 new bikes from APD a few weeks ago. I believe we’re waiting on 2 450’s to come in as well.

The Triple Crown format was a unique idea and kudos to them for trying something new, but in the end it didn't work. Leave AX for the West coast guys. The live broadcast is a great addition, but it needs to be polished a lot. It hasn't improved much since they started airing the races live. The camera feed needs to improve a tonne. The feed drops and we get a black screen or a technical difficulties screen, constantly have sound issues, music in the background when there's someone on screen talking or the bikes are on track, etc. Things...

Definitely helped Phil Nicoletti. Funny how many US riders and other international racers have come to Canada but not ridden away with a championship. Even Purcel came for a season without winning the championship. It took Goerke a few seasons before winning the championship. Canadian MX may not be on US standards but it isn’t a joke.
