7/27/2011 7:30am No, not at all, my knee brace broke my femur in March of 2010. But hey, it is better then blowing up your knee right? Also, start incorportaing pinapple in your diet, or go get yourself some Bromamine (pineapple stem). Everyone has their own opinions on suppliments, but Bromamine helped me out.

My Doc told me it is a high risk surgery to remove the rod as the heads on the screws have a big chance of breaking off while backing them out. It does not bother me while riding although cycling and ceartain movements irritates my hip. I...
