Great choice DC!! Super people that run that facility as well. Some of the most hospitable and gracious track promoters I ever met when I was racing!! From the person at the gate to the last employee you seen all treated you like they were so glad you were there.

I don't either. I was there and GL was on top of his game! This looked like a case of soft dirt on the face to me. Looked like Ivan jumped further into the face with no issues. These things happen in racing.

That's awesome!!! One of my favorite riders. Super guy and has managed to make a good living in this sport by working his butt off. All the respect in the world for Jason

She and her dad are such good people (only ones from the family I know) . Being from Florida, I am so proud of her. Hope she is not broke up too bad.
Hey, I think I found some of those "kooks" you guys were talking about. I swear this is the last time I am going to bump this hijacked thread. And by the way, we don't want any more people benefiting from our economy!! George Washington: "Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the people's liberty teeth...
Ok, Dr. Sweden from another country, I don't think this is why this thread is here to get into that debate but trust me, your wrong. If it had been my family, unless they got me first I would be grabbing my children taking cover and returning FIRE TO PROTECT THEM. This is why I have chosen to race in...

If you can see deformations then you should follow up with an ortho. Preferably a sports doctor that understands action sports. A clavical will heal most of the time no matter how gnarly it looks but it will heal in that shape (on top of itself or beside etc.) I broke mine and had it plated. I was riding (cautiously)...

I have not seen travis race in many years. He is always at the races as a medic (probably lead medic but not sure) I think he has settled on track maintenance and family life. Still looks like he could haul the mail if he got back on the bike but who knows. Great guy and good family though.

Raced Winter am this weekend. Been a while since I raced. I had no idea about a change in ama rules or suggestions but could not believe the red cross flagging. Absolutely worthless, and takes all of the seriousness of the red cross away. MX sports has it right. When the yellow flag waves we take caution. When the red...

I have them all of the way back to 1989!!! Just can't bring myself to getting rid of them. Have no Idea what they would be worth or if they are worth anything. But I will tell you it is really cool to pull out the early and mid 90's and look at them!! It reads like a who's who...

Nobody even mention the buckles. Easiest buckles I have ever used. Easy on and easy off. I just ordered some new ones and had to borrow some alpinestars and wanted to throw them due to the buckles. Guess I got spoiled. No beating the buckles to make them snap, just put the T in the groove and push them down...

X2 It happens. This is a horrible story. The details of it are even more horrible. But...What is a promoter to do. He would have to hire 17 plus flaggers twice a week for about 15 hours a day. It can't be done and still run a business. I agree that something needs to be done for practice day flagging...
