I know it may sound crazy to some , as I've mentioned this a few times over the years. I was a big Kawi guy ( 2 strokes and 4 strokes ). Then switched on to the Husky 2 strokes.........But..... One of the coolest rides I ever had on a 450 , was a bone stock 2011 RMZ 450. Suspension was done , and that was all. That bike cornered like it was on velcro ( It went exactly where I pointed it ). Maybe basic info to anybody on here, but a decent video. I have watched this channel for a while and enjoy their videos. I think one of the guys (Jeremiah?) races or must have had something to do at some point in Transworld as he is always wearing Transworld shirts. Anyways, its an easy watch and maybe you'll learn something from it?

First bike I've purchased on my own... After months of racking my head between the FX and XCF I pulled trigger after getting a deal I couldn't pass up. Couldn't be happier. Unfortunately it's 110 degrees outside and haven't been able to ride except for rips around my neighborhood. First mods are bar risers and a skid plate. Maybe exhaust? Any other suggestions?

Sticking to the question asked/topic. Acerbis. I have raced Kawasaki for years, and the first durability mod is an Acerbis Chain guide and slider. Kawasaki is know for destroying the OEM. Amazing durability. And the fit is perfect. A little off topic. I also have used Sunstar Chains and Sprockets with the same success.

I'm curious to know about training for GNCC and Hare Scramble events where we race 2-3 hours. What modifications would be made to a MX training program to add the endurance aspects? Lots of MX training programs but I haven't seen anything specific to GNCC type races. Would really like to hear how the training program would or would not be modified.

12/27/2019 1:06pm Good ole Doug Henry. One of my personal all time favorites. Mostly due to his off track stuff. He seems like a very great guy to be around. I used to love playing him in the old XBOX games. That 4 stroke would rip on those games lol.
