My wife and I paid 1720 a month in 2018 for shit insurance and I told her that if it went up as much for 2019 as it did for 2018 I wasn’t paying it anymore. It went to almost $2000 a month for the 2 of us. I told her no more. Luckily she took a job that offers real coverage and more comprehensive coverage for $410.00 a month. It is unbelievable to not have insurance for your health but I was a month from doing it. I think more than not are in the same place. Unbelievable indeed.

JT, I think this thread just shows us a lot about the different ways people treat each other. For others in this thread to say I don't know what it's like is BS. I got a large bonus 3 years ago because of my performance and position at my employer. The people on my team were not eligible for bonuses, but I gave them a chunk of my bonus that I paid taxes out of. I certainly could have justified not doing it a hundred different ways, but it's about helping as many people as possible when you can. Why...
