10/13/2010 3:59pm Agreed, it probably was weak and was obviously a weak case. The investigation was probably more to inconvenience him than anything. It is hard to fault a Sheriff because he actively/aggressively tries to make his community safer when it comes to other criminal matters.

10/13/2010 2:45pm Just because charges were dismissed against Stapley and the others does not mean they are not guilty. God forbid there is a Sheriff that enforces the law. Maybe a Sheriff like the one in San Francisco, who refuses to enforce certain laws, would be more suitable. How much attention does he get.

9/29/2010 11:12am Was Competitive Edge ever considered? It has a lot of natural terrain more reminiscent of an outdoor track and is near a freeway and a major highway.
