Looks like Sheriff Joe's days could be coming to an end soon.

Watch the video Blake.

I don't think you would be to happy if someone like Joe filed charges on you for no other reason than disagreeing with him.

Once again, someone in power has let there ego get the best of them.

He should be fired as sherriff and made to pay back that guys $1.5m in legal costs to defend himself.

I've said it for 10 yrs, This guy is out of control, I don't disagree with everything he does but he has caused Maricopa County to lose millions upon millions in law suits

There is no doubt he abuses his power.

They have been working on this for two years now, and it's heading to a grand jury.

I believe that a lot of people are going to be surprised at what Sheriff Joe has been up to.

He'll never spend a day in jail. He's just going to be forced to resign.

He's a media whore. There are many sheriffs who are "tough" on crime. There are not many, however, who constantly show up on cnn, the today show, etc... promoting themselves

So Sherri f Joe raided a meat packing plant today and has 13 people arrested for identity fraud.

The thing that gets me is how fucked up is our system that everyone of these people passed the E-Verify thing but are not even legal ?

Just because charges were dismissed against Stapley and the others does not mean they are not guilty. God forbid there is a Sheriff that enforces the law. Maybe a Sheriff like the one in San Francisco, who refuses to enforce certain laws, would be more suitable. How much attention does he get.

So....arrest now, ask questions later, 'cause you might get lucky and get a conviction?

Oh, ok sir, so probable cause wasn't needed to arrest/charge Stapley?

I dunno, was there any?
Considering it was all dismissed, with each person, must've been some pretty weak ass probable cause, no?

Agreed, it probably was weak and was obviously a weak case. The investigation was probably more to inconvenience him than anything. It is hard to fault a Sheriff because he actively/aggressively tries to make his community safer when it comes to other criminal matters.

He's right about Stapley , That guy is bullet proof he's embedded and the judges will not let him fall same with that Wilcox gal guilty as hell but the methods used were wrong to try and take them down.
