Just pay for the shit and support your sport fucking retards. A lot of people bitch about how MX industry is hurting but they don’t want to pitch in. You’ll go buy a $800 recluse to pull your fat ass around the track without clutching but you won’t buy access to a program that lets you watch the greatest Motorsport known to mankind on demand.... I could go on. Some people... sheesh.

I tried the SENA units and didn't find them to be useful for off-road operations. They would cut out when separated by 100 feet or so. I switched to the UCLEAR unit and like it better. Works for longer distances and easy to swap between helmets. SENA wasn't much help with the problem either.

I grew up just south of Forest Grove, Small world. I haven't paid much attention to my SPM, mainly just my pace. My 500m generally hovers in the 1:35 range at resistance 10 if I'm doing splits. I'm also 6'5" and If I had to guess my SPM wouldn't be very high as my stroke is pretty elongated.

I think it's important to note what resistance settings folks are at. I've done all my rowing at resistance setting 10 but when I see some of the numbers produced from other folks, I always wondered which setting they were at. Seems to make a pretty big difference.
