Up here where I live, strangely, it's just the opposite. It's quite hard to find places to ride a horse, but I could ride a dirt bike all the way to Canada from my front yard. Years ago, they pulled up a major run of train tracks and converted the run into a ATV/UTV/dirtbike/snowmobile trail that goes on for miles and miles. I've never understood why it's ok for a 1500-2000lbs animal with 200lbs on its back to tear up trails but not for 240lbs motorcycle with 200lbs riding it? I can remember when I was a kid back in the late 80's/early 90's when people weren't so f'n anal about everything and you could actually ride huge amounts of public lands without anyone saying anything to you. After building my "Works" XR75 that came out way too nice to actually use as a pit bike, I figured I'd build something super cool ,but usable . Not Stark but the Energica electric bike used in the 1 make FIM MotoE Cup that ran from 2019 to 2022. These have a hefty 21kWh battery, are rated at approximately 145 hp with a 270 kmh top speed. They weigh just under 265 kg (600 lbs). The battery, without inverter is 110kg. The corresponding MotoGP bikes are 1000 cc up to 300hp and with a 21 litre tank that weighs about 22kg (50 lbs). One of the many reasons why there are no full sized electric MX bikes is the extreme vulnerability of the necessarily large and low battery case. One cell, slightly damaged in a case out, will short and burn it down.

I like what Jason Thomas and Daniel Blair bring to the program. I could live with Jeffro again but I would rather have Grant Langston in the booth. He was funny. I loved RC as a rider but as a commentator, not so much. I did not like Stewart as a rider but he is surprisingly good in the booth. All of those concussions, go figure. Lastly, please, please boot the Queen of Prattle. I never knew that I could cringe at the sound of a British accent.

No. Just no. Just put Brayton and Blair. I grew up with Art and Bailey and for me it will never get better than that, but let’s not go backwards with Ralph and Emig, please. Emig is always searching for the words he wants to say and Ralph is on too high of a dose of his depression meds.
