My bad. I was in 4th place. Hitting it in 3rd gear. I've done these kinda jumps a million times in my life. Now all of a sudden I freeze up on approach if it's a decent size jump. I'm gonna just say f it. It's second nature right? Thanks for the advice man. Much appreciated

I had it sneak up on me it was a lot worse than a bike wreck of getting shot at. Illegal maniacs in trucks almost killing me. During blm I got run off the rd everyday that was nothing compared to this level of dangerous. We run 7 days a week 18-39 hrs straight. So I didn’t hv time to go for a walk & find a way through it. It lasted for weeks it was tough to get through. I had a lot of pals get killed & kinda knew my time was up. I hv extreme level of...

It just takes time. Some people can block out the big ones like they never happened and some have to remind themselves they know what their doing and what happened was a freak accident. The confidence will come back sooner then later no rush.

Seat time helps hitting it again and then you say to your self OK why did that take so long? happens to me every time I take time off the bike.

50 yo Vet Int and I’m coming off a broken left scaphoid that required surgery to match my right one, I also had decent concussion from a pretty lame little wreck on a mild double back in September at LACR. I haven’t ridden yet but the itch is there finally and I have my motorcycle all ready to go and looking for a new helmet. I plan to just take it easy and cruise it for awhile, I am nervous about it too but think that with some saddle time and knocking the rust off it will come back soon...

Spend some time meditating on it. Observe what comes up. Flashbacks, feelings in the body, thoughts, etc. Breathwork, yoga, and functional training would be beneficial as well. Trauma is trapped in the body. Shining the light of awareness on it gets that energy flowing. My guess is you have dysfunctional breathing habits (we all do) from the ribs which will keep you in a chronic fight or flight state. It helps also to find gratitude for the previous crash. Something good has come from the past 15 months of pain. Shifting the mental perspective around it all will rewire some...

If you can, find someone with good timing with jumps and follow them, it’s crazy that once you follow someone once it’s like you unlock it and you don’t need to think about it again. it was cool to hear on pulp recently that even RV used to follow people like brayton on the bigger jumps.

Haven't tried them. We have always just used Factory Connection it's just down in Muskogee so it's an easy drop off.

After crashing real hard in October of 2022 and breaking 13 ribs, my wrist, and my collarbone, it's been killing me not riding. Finally got the doctor's clearance and dropped down from a 450 to a 250... Even got the wife a little KX 112 since she knows how to ride motorcycles but never dirt bike they should be fun...

I've had TBT do my suspension for years. It is amazing, great customer service and they have a great base settings. Brady is an awesome guy, he's stayed at our house when's he been out here in CO.
