rym Added a reply to MXGP Rumours/Silly season

Imo best rider available for HRC would be Max Nagl. Allready on a Honda and he was easily beating guys who had top 10-11-12-13 finishes in MXGP this season (Koch, Toendel, Spiess, Haavisto) this weekend. But that actually requires HRC to spend money on a decent salary on a fill in rider so i guess it wont happen.

Herlings did a post on his insta like a year or something like that ago where he thanked the father for Bas Vaessen (ex gp rider) for all the help. I think Vaessen has a big property management company, so he got help/advice from them. And i'm no expert but i would think if you have 50+ properties there is...

Yeah many of the GP and EMX riders also do national races. As prep, but also because there is some money to be made. Only thing that kind of sucks is that these races are scheduled at non-GP weekends, but since there are multiple championships you end up with a Dutch Masters where up to 4th place is lapped (since...

I think he signed with KMP for the ADAC (German) championship and do some GP's. Which i imagine will be a couple of sand GP's later in the year like Lommel and Arnhem and the German GP.

I'm curious if the long season including SX will have an impact for Prado. I assume he was close to very good form at least 6-8 weeks earlier then in a normal GP season.

To me Prado is favorite regardless of the track with the way he is riding. But Arco for sure is a better track for Tim then Sardegna was

What happened to Valk, didnt line up in moto 2? I love how people are talking about Herlings when Gajser is just 17 points down on Prado.

I feel there is more content now available in mxgp with teams having bts footage and bunch of riders having vlogs. But in the end that is still content 'controlled' by the teams so they put out what they want to put out. At the moment there is no English euro mxgp media that is independent and focuses on quality...

I think for a one off its a good choice, i think they should get decent pr from this and i dont see a much better alternative available. But imo a top 10 finish would be a win

Not sure how good Hinderson is on the hard pack. He will be in the mix for wins at sand though. I kind of understand why he stayed in emx125. Imo he can be top 5 rider which should put him on the map for a decent offer for emx250. Not sure he got offered much after last year

Yeah Motocrossplanet took over. The posts on MXvice of recent days are exact copies of what is posted on Mxplanet (translated to english obviously). Not sure if that is going to work. Really like MXplanet for what it is (always the latest new of euro and national (dutch) racing online right away). But the quality of the content is low...

I'm not so sure about that. Guillen actually is good in the sand, she won Sardegna ast year and als went 3-2 in Arnhem. I'm curious about Duncan, she has not been that good in the sand and waa far off at Spain

Well he did finish his contract with them, he just moved to Husqvarna which was an upgrade for him. I don't know if there were issues, but if there were it certainly wasnt comparable to his Fantic ending.
