6/16/2016 10:38am Download a manual if you dont already have one, make sure that little dot on the crank is lined up withe the arrow on the sidecover, then look at camshaft lobe ,the lobes should be facing rearward.and the reference (DOTS) ON THE CAMSHAFT SPROCKET should be lined up with the surface of the head, hopefully you didnt do any damage...

4/19/2016 3:44pm FMF makes a universal turbine core2 bolt on,rocky mountain motorcycle partnormally stocks them, that should quite it down some,those aircooled bikes were loud from get go,when the manufactures went with a watercooled lined cylinder they were able tone down those 2 strokes , have fun restoring that bike it looks like a blast to ride.

4/8/2016 5:40am Lokking for any 2000 VOR ignition parts, the bike was running great then just shut off.diagnosed a weak spark.anyone else with that similar problem? any parts or recommendation appreciated other than selling it.

4/6/2016 3:37pm i had a same year 250CR ,it was a great bike I remember I had to flood that Bing carb for her to start.,andt it kept snapping the kickstart pivot( cracking). Had my buddy weld reinforced it and never had a problem after that .I wish i still had that bike. That Huskys looks sweet ,have fun !
