I've bought bikes that didn't have a title, and wrote up a bill of sale with the VIN number. What I DID do however, is to take that VIN number by the nearest police department for a full check prior to handing over any cash. You'll find that your local officers are more than willing to help in this way.

People here do it every time they order up some Fox or Oneal or whatever racing gear or helmets. Most of that stuff is made by the commies in China. I think you have good advice but let's be honest.. most folks don't give two poops where their stuff is made. (I do - most of my hand and garden...

Can you post up the product page for this so I can see what colors you have? Not to stir up the shit pot more but I did get some of the chinese knock-offs a few years ago for an RM125 I had.. they worked fine and fit up OK. I didn't race it and only rode about 1-2 times...

That's not far from me, but i'm not sure I'd get out of it what is needed to fix. Seller assumes all it needs is top end work, if the piston came apart then the whole engine has to come down and be cleaned.

The company stole money from workers' pension plans over the last few years to pay for debts that the workers had nothing to do with (for instance, the inexplicably large salaries given to 6 incompetent CEOs). The workers have already conceded less pay and fewer benefits once in the past 10 years. The latest "deal" by the hedge fund partners...

Its a tough call.. clearly the rider made the mistake in teh first place, but had the track been set out different he may have gone into some hay bales rather than hit a parked car at 30-40mph. Seems like both sides need to take some responsibility, but I also detest track suing scum. hm.

Good grief. Completely unnecessary. Our buddy Brandon did a similar thing at his first race.. joking aside, that's another example of bad track design. The pro indoor races changed a lot over the years.. they keep people far away from corners for this exact reason.

We need to deregulate the tracks in order for them to work better. It's not anyone's fault but your own if you get landed on after highsiding on the back side of a blind double. Shouldn't have been out there. It is not the track's responsibility to be your own personal nanny.
