You need stars to get exposure for your sport, and the guy with the most star power in the game who has the biggest reach beyond the mx world is winning and yet everyone is seething. We cant even fill half the limited stadium seating for a supercross race cause the sport is dying and the fans hate the best guys. Its our own fault.

Yes. I've ridden some terrible Showa A-Kit and Ohlins on some Hondas in the past that was worse than stock settings. A good spring fork with a "twin chamber" or "closed cartridge" design is capable of satisfying 99% of us as long as the setup is right. Honestly, the air fork is probably good enough to satisfy 75% of the riders out there with a little test and tune time from a savvy suspension guy. Agreed, settings and valving are imperative to making any suspension “feel good and performing good. Some of the worst suspension I have ever riden was a set of cone valves and Traxx shock not set up for me.
