5/9/2022 7:35am SO I had a 17 and now have a 21. the 17 had a 50 tooth, i went down to 49, it was perfect....I never used 2nd gear, always 3rd. don't know if you are woods or MX, but literally @ southwick I never used 2nd. maybe in the woods w/my buddies I would roll 2nd in tight turns, but...

5/9/2022 5:23am Green PV spring Back out the the adjuster 1/2 turn at a time Should smooth things out You could also adjust riding style and ride a gear higher Bike has a ton of torque if you roll on the throttle

Hey everyone, Just wanted to share a video I thought you may enjoy, I got the opportunity to go up against Nick Romano on his Star Racing 250F on my YZ 250 2 stroke at the South of the Border area qualifier this past weekend. Although the Star bike definitely has the upper hand, I had a blast trying to stay close to it on the old reliable 2 stroke. Even had to throw in a little JS7 wannabe wall jump to try to keep up. Hopefully you all will see the YZ at some outdoor nationals this summer!

I’ve personally never bought a Luxon MX product ever. But I absolutely will now. I own my own construction business and deal with shit products from shit companies on a daily basis. I constantly get ghosted by companies with no answer to defects in what use to be quality materials. Do any of you guys bashing this company have any idea how refreshing it is for a company to be this open and responsive on a forum? If they find there is a defect issue, after reading their response I have no doubt they would fix it properly.

4/13/2022 3:45pm What air pressure are you running in the forks? If you’re running below 150 psi it’ll sit low and tend to wander And you definitely need to go up a spring rate or two in the rear

Oh yeah, you'll never forget first impressions / perceptions. Bike's all have different personalities, and you adapt to what the bike likes or is good at. I raced my Dad's 1983 CR480 back when I was 17/18 (back in '85-'86) at 5'11" / 155lb. It was bone stock, except a Simons link for the rear suspension, 2 (TWO!) teeth up on the rear (per MXA recommendation to get you into the money gear...3rd...more), a pair of Rick Ryan's hand-me down aluminum Renthal bars(w/ Gold Belt DeBruzer bar pad), running on 91 pump / stock pipe / and a Richter silencer...

The ultimate in pro rider making time to just say high and chat his fans. Appreciate him taking time at his pit to give my kid an auto graph , take some pics and share a quick laugh with me on the fact that his race GAS smells like skunk and that green gas.. Thanks stankdog for making our night Dude looks tired.. probably needs a nap🤣😂

2/5/2022 8:36am suspension guy, just confirming the specs (17-62 needle, 5.5 slide) were for the mikuni not the keihn...getting confusing. I use that needle as well, guys on KTM talk talk about it, works great for mx
