Wow I just looked at the TTR110 - the seat height is almost comparable! And e-start would be nice for him although I do believe it's better he learn to kick it over, maybe disconnect battery for that part. I'll look at the KLX now thanks a lot!

Thanks everyone who responded! Not looking for custom really, just trying to answer a few inquiries we have had regarding these, as well we run them and would like to see what is out there. We have some testing coming up would love to see what everyone offers. Thanks again - Sean

Ask the fans and the response is overwhelming - they want the two-strokes back in some way. Go to the tracks where everyone doesn't have a $100K motorhome and you see a lot of two-strokes, it's the working mans bike these days. Brap.

This was the first real bike I owned and started to learn to ride on. It was great except the woodruff key on the magneto kept shearing off. My best friend John Runyon (RIP) restored it for me to ride for Christmas, it was his brothers at one time and was in pieces in a barn in VT.
