look at gavin gryck (how do you spell it?) a few years ago. He killed it on a privateer bike outdoors and didnt do as well in SX. but he went from 450s to 250s and metty is on better equipment. i think he'll do well though.

He was in the running for the East Coast SX title a few years ago with Yamaha of Troy. If the kid can stay healthy, I think he can do some serious damage.

*decent...excuses me. Not taking away from other teams, but he could be on a Honda of Troy or MotoConcepts bike....so getting to ride on Rockstar Suzuki is probably the closest thing to a Gieco or PC bike Trettel is going to get for the last 3 nationals. I dont think they are bad bikes at all.

NO Xplode and Superpump 250 have a lot of magnesium (they have tamed it down recently) thats why you have to shit so much. Honestly, that stuff is really for strength training. If I do cardio, I just eat plenty of fruit and carbohydrates. Like Torco1 said, stay hydrated with water. Gatorade is only necessary for exercise longer than an...

for sure. not to take anything away from mike, but he holeshots and he stays up front because of a good start. thats it. Cairoli on the other hand is a champion and can dominate...mike is not and does not.

There is nothing better than a factory bike, but i think with some factories funding more satellite teams, it almost spreads the wealth a little bit. Teams like Star Racing, Honda of Troy, MotoConcepts, Troy Lee Racing, Rockstar Suzuki, and even Suzuki City are helping kids get rides. Some of those are better than others but there are still opportunities...
