I get that. But I'm sure it's not her decision to run over there and interview the kid. You could tell he didn't want her there. Just saying that it was kind of dumb because he couldn't hear her and you know he's not going to say anything except, "it hurts...it's more of my elbow not my shoulder." awesome.

I definitely see what you mean. There are so many variables to account for, but like I said it's similar the NFL combine. A player can run a fast 40 and bench alot but that doesn't mean he's going to do well in the NFL. This test is just a benchmark.

Did you read the whole thing or just the list. Because this is not designed to just test endurance, but maximum output. You don't need to run 5 hrs at a moderate to slow pace to measure endurance. That is why you have the rower or 1 mile test. Quick example: take 2 riders....rider A and rider B Rider A...
