I'd say Minear over Cannon for the 250. He's been a bit inconsistent so far, but I think he has more top end speed. He doesn't beat Davies or Sacha, but if you catch him on the right weekend, he has the skills to keep it in front of Kitchen and maybe Farres.

Id say he would bring a CDR Yamaha or required parts. Until Star took the Yamaha 450 team in America the CDR team have been the only team to consistently set up a good Yamaha 450 for the last 20 years. Jed will be fine, he could run easily 5th to 10th.

The cream still rises to the top. All of these moto facilities and youth sports programs are built on lies. Going all in might change the trajectory you take to get there, but I do not believe it changes your ceiling. Your kid is going to be what they're going to be. Going all in might get them there a few years sooner and open some doors but that's it.
