7/23/2017 6:41pm 95 cr125. looking for some "minimalist-ish" frame protection, not much product out there for the old bike. Any good diy ideas? I like the simple mx style flat plastic skid plates more than the bulky off road wrap around types. I thought about a few layers of helicopter tape on the frame rails. 7/23/2017 4:39pm we've already lost one of 5 senses with loss of 2t's and castor. Im not ready to lose sound as well. someday we'll ride with virtual reality helmets instead of bikes, and the transformation will be complete.

7/22/2017 8:20pm Looks like the dog bone part numbers are same 95-97. Must have been some changes to the "arm" location of lower shock mount.

7/22/2017 1:33pm Looking at some of the 90's spring rates for the 125, something stood out as unusual. 1992 CR125 4.8 1995 CR125 5.4 1997 CR125 4.9 (I have the 95 cr125, but Im wondering what the big jump in rate to 5.4 was all about? )

7/19/2017 11:07am I only have half an hour on an 125 evo bike with Applied RS rubber mounted clamp. Its hard to give a clamp a grade in that amount of time, but initial feeling is very positive. I would like to find torque value for rubber mounted bar mount bolt though, as their site only gives value for solid mounts.

7/19/2017 11:03am Helmet threads and oil threads. Like smacking a beehive. Glad the OP likes safe gear. We all do. We're all talking theory until an independent testing lab sends us the printout. That said, I own a 6d, I like the theory. Id also own a Bell Flex, or any dual or triple density EPS with Mips.

7/18/2017 8:36pm You'll need to collect a sample from all the dirt helmet manufacturers and send them to an independent testing facility. Then submit findings with proposals to the AMA.

7/17/2017 11:44am thanks, CPW has awesome customer service, they are custom building me a carb currently. I had a chance to run the bke with the old carb, after cleaning the clogged jets out. The stocker runs fantastic, but of course its discontinued, so getting replacements parts is a hassle. ( some plating missing from slide, some interior wear, etc) will post...
