My son’s kx65. It’s an abomination. Light switch power, shit suspension, and shit brakes. I felt the fear many times jetting it.

Mine are hollow underneath so you can use Kinetic Sand with them as well. I want to take these to the beach and see if I can make a super long, natural layout using the pieces as molds. This is about as crazy as you can go on the dinner table and floor. (if you had multiple sets)

They are vacuum formed, by hand, by me. It is a tough process (thus the steeper pricing) but you will get a unique product that you can't find anywhere else. And throw mud on them and make a mudder, I don't care. It is your set and your house.

Great thread. So thankful to have grown up when and where I did. The Santa Monica Mtns were our playground for BMX, Horses and Motorcycles. The story hasn't ended yet....

Back in around 2002, My freind/associate pussed out of his 2nd moto so I said let me use your gear and I'll ride it for you. I wasn't racing that day. 250C class, I was an A rider, put on his nasty gear and blazed the biggest holeshot in history, led for 3 laps, then pulled off early so I wouldn't get permanantly disqualified. In retrospect, it was probably one of the stupidest things I've ever done.Lots of laughs though.

Apparently, there is a significant percentage of the market that wants the experience to be as close to that of an amusement park ride or monorail as possible. Less skill, more speed and just along for the ride. Just a shortcut to the end goal: faster. Some say it's safer to not need to shift, clutch and such, but I'd point to quads and sit-down jet-skis and say, "really? How'd that work out for them?". That's part of the beauty of the 125 class - if you messed up anything, it was immediately apparent. It made the racing more exciting...
