Not that 600k isn't a lot of money, but this to me seems personal more than anything. They trusted him, they feel he wronged them, and they are now going to destroy him. If it were just about the money I think you're right that they could have just told wassermann you make it right and deal with him.

1/31/2025 5:21pm I don’t know but in the real world for the rest of us, if an “employee” of a large company “damages” some one it is a “holy-f - - k, circle the wagons, crisis management, etc.”. They have like 4,000 employees or something like that.

He was their agent and employee. “We don’t care how it happens, replace our money and YOU get reimbursed, sue, whatever. We can’t deal with this s - - t. We have races to go to. Just make it so.”
