MR471 Started a new thread Texas Series Tracks
1/23/2012 12:19pm Which track of the Texas Winter Series would you recommend? I have raced Freestone so I want to try ride another one of the tracks. It looks like it is between; Swan, Oakhill, Whitney, and Village Creek.

MR471 Added a reply to Any pic of RV's bike "after" the race?
2/21/2011 9:57am Listened to the podcast this morning and RV said he was hit from behind then went to the ground. Pulled in to the mechanic area and had the fender removed. RV actually took the number plate off later somehow.

7/22/2010 9:06pm I was just saying thanks for the photo op. This might have been the reason he hurt his neck and had to pull out of Millville. Who knows?

7/17/2010 4:37pm Looked like he was out for a Sunday drive in the 2nd moto today. Yes it rained but I thought he had decent mud skills. Canard made it interesting by slowing down way too much and letting Wilson pull up on his rear. And somebody needs to get Wilson a belt! His ass was hanging out with his pants around...

7/12/2010 7:39am A white Yamaha 471. I will probably have a helmet cam looking like a goon riding around the back of the pack losing practice. I read someplace else where there has been some track changes and they were pretty good. But that's neither here nor there as one persons trash is anothers treasure

7/9/2010 7:57pm I thought Huck would have a thread going but couldn't find it a couple days ago. Glad to finally find it. It's been 2 or 3 years since I have been there and I am ready see a national again. I think the last time I was there is when the band night was cancelled saturday night because of rain...

12/6/2009 12:54pm What is the track diffence between them? Are they all pretty natural tracks with no jumps or laden with jumps or what?

12/6/2009 12:08pm That is what I have heard from a couple of other people that has raced the series also. Lucky for me, my wife said there is no other place she would rather be than at a track on Valetine's Day!
Track did seem to hold up a little better than normal except the jumps are getting pretty wore down. They had been watering for 3 or 4 days prior to actual practice day. There were probably 6 to 10 DNS in each class. Still some good racing. Jason Anderson out of NM was hauling the mail on his KTM. Kobush...

10/18/2009 11:51am Cory Green had a pretty easy night of taking home a little cash for a night of riding. Congrats to him. And you always see something at a race like this that you may possibly never see again. I wish I had pictures to post of where a beginner rider and his bike ended up during practice. And for him...
