Hello, everyone.

I'm Gillian, I currently race and collect motocross bikes. I currently have 9 haha! I race in the British womans championship, the scottish championship, the scottish twinshock championship and the scottish classics club. I currently own and race an crf250R 2024, three RMZ 250f's a 2019, 2009 and a 2008. I also have a ktm 350 2020 and two older bikes, two can-am 250s ones a 1978 and the other a 1974. As you can tell I absolutely adore motocross. I also have a youtube channel it's- motomini where I record my practice and race days. I hope you give me a follow, I would honestly really appreciate it 😌

Hey everyone, took the bike to the shop and the guy said - The nut on the base valve was loose and it had fatigue the metal as soon as I tightened the nut it broke ! It was actually really lucky as if it broke in the bike it would have made a big mess and cost a lot...

Thank you all so much for your advice. I only seen all your replys after I took my front forks to a shop. The forks were topping out really bad, so the shop thinks that the wee springs might be crushed but are having a look at them to find out the issues 😊 getting them re-valved too. I didn't...

Yeah, it's more the waiting time for parts for the older machines. My friend had to wait two months to get a part shipped over for his ktm 250 2018. I also race classic bikes so I know the struggle of finding parts, so it's more of a forewarning to everyone 🤷‍♀️. Not really sure what's going on with KTM...

Yeah, they ddisbanded the teams over here in Britian and the European world series. They've closed most of the factories. It's a shame, they're really great bikes!

You got this great deal because ktm are planning on stopping the production of gas-gas bikes 🤷‍♀️ they've disbanded the teams and are closing down the factories. Soon there wont be any gas-gas on sale. KTM also stated they won't manufacture parts for their bikes that are older than 4 years old, so eventually getting parts for the older ktms...

No previous injuries, I used to get blisters on my hands but they've toughened up a bit since I first started riding. I also used to hold on to tight to the bars which destroyed my palms but not so much now.
