I've seen Herlings live in 2018 and I'd put him in the category with 2015 Tomac/2016 Kenny. The difference between them and Herlings though was that Herlings was willing to die out there to win races, he literally rode over his limit every single race which sadly cost him a lot of titles. But that dude also has glass bones for sure, everytime he tips over he somehow breaks his collarbone lol. That he came back from every single injury and raced himself back to winning speed only shows the amount of skill and talent that guy has.

9/23/2025 7:48am I also don't understand why Husqvarna wouldn't 'push' him to MXGP, their best chance to grab the MXGP title is with De Wolf I guess. If you look at the style of De Wolf in MX2 I think a 450 suits him much better and perhaps he'll get a bit 'calmer' on the 450 because the power is already there...

Yeah, my take its a litle bit "hard". But i think he has nothing to prove in mx2 and more to prove in mxgp with big boys but thats only my opinion. His talent and his speed fits more in mxgp in my eyes.

So just as I thought THAT WAS AWESOME! Don't care what anyone says that was one of the best weekends ever. It was such a good turnout. The track was actually very good and led to some great racing, the viewing was good in most area for spectators so that was nice. It was very hot, but they had a lot of shade around, lots of free water and some big fans all over. Everyone you spoke to was having a great time and loved it. The were a few things they can improve on but hey this was basically...

it’s crazy De Wolf stay in MX2 for one more year. He’s too big for keeping sandbagging that class and has already proved what he’s able to do on a 450.

This will be my first ever MXGP event so I'm hoping it turns out really well. Considering it will be my first time I don't think I will actually care too much about anything and will just have a good time. I'm just extremely happy I will finally get to watch riders like Herlings, Gasjer, Febvre, De wolf, the Coenen's, Vlaanderen, Seewer, and many more for the first time ever. We Aussies don't get that opportunity unless we spend a fortune and come Europe (personally don't think it's even worth going to Indonesia or China) Bit of a cool bonus...
