Moto people are always crazy when they go to sell their track/race property. We have seen it over and over, whether it's Barcia's property, Moto Sandbox (Villopoto/Grondahls), Reed's place and there are a hundred local tracks/training facilities. They always think that track they spent years making and grooming are worth something. News flash, they aren't to 90 percent of the population. This property like so many others will sit on the market for a few years and then after everyone forgets about it, it will be sold for what it's really worth.

The center check is Baggett s property he has listed at $67k per acre. The rest of the checks are properties over 15 acres ranging from $10k-$25k per acre. His price is significantly over the surrounding vacant land values. Whether or not the mx facility or particular location is worth the extra will be up to a special buyer.

This is a great topic, it is interesting to see who thinks "gain an advantage" means, makes a pass, and who sees it as "gains an advantage" means their mistake wasn't a costly as it should have been. Webbs advantage is the same as Martins at Millville a few years back, made a mistake, should have cost him a ton of time if he re-entered at the correct spot, but then chose to cut the track to not lose as much time. I've said it before, but supercross/motocross is the only sport I can think of where leaving the field/course/track...

This 100%. Are there other sports that let the riders or drivers choose where they want to re-enter the track? It's a joke to see the riders skipping sections, i.e. taking short cuts? It's no safer to re-enter the track a section or two down the track then it is to re-enter where you left the track, either way you're still re-entering the track with a race in progress. Does anyone ever wonder why the riders feel "safe' a section or two down the track? Why is the safest spot never where you went off or very close to it?

It's always going to be open to interpretation until they go back to get back on where you went off. I'm sorry you made a mistake and are going to lose a ton of time but that's what happens when you make mistakes. Seems pretty simple, and yes you might have to wait for a bunch of people to go by so it's safe to roll the triple where YOU made a mistake...
