2/3/2017 4:13pm Ok I'm replacing the crank and crank bearings in our 250 and in the original crank they had used the .15mm shim which is .0055 in. Now when I measure the new crank vs the old crank the new one is .004in skinnier than the original so if I use the same thickness shim the new crank will be .002in...

2/1/2017 4:17pm Instead of buying a new washer try annealing it. Heat up copper washer with a torch until it is cherry red than let it cool and it should work again. Have had to do it on brake lines before
