If the article and Star statement are taken at face value, then I have no issue with it. Unfortunately, considering this very injury was lied about earlier in the year, it's a little difficult to just take them at their word and not wonder what else is actually going on.

Count deegan out in 25 if chance is riding well then...... Chase nailed it on Pulp MX show. If you choose not to go you miss out the following year

"Diaper Boy" or "Douche Boy" seem to be more sufficient nicknames week after week. He opted out last year (team not strong enough for him/his dad), he opts out this year (some iron to be taken out of a wrist he didn't even break, or so he says), so don't even try to have the audacity to be in the team next year.

How is that hard to comprehend. There was a time when our best riders wanted to go beat the worlds best no matter the cost or inconvenience. Now days its "well if he doesnt go i dont want to go" or teams say "we cant send these 2 guys its not worth the cost" blah blah. No one has pride for this event anymore. So fuck em.

Deegan represents an ugly side of US culture that I'm seeing a lot more of in recent years. People like Deegan will wave the American flag when it serves his own interests, but as soon as he has to step up and represent America, he's no where to be seen. Props to Chase, Plessinger, and Hymas. Can't wait to see them line up!

Good. I’m happy to see 3 guys go who actually want to represent our country. I personally hope Deegan is never considered for another MXoN again. I have all the confidence in the world in Sexton, Plessinger and Hymas. No matter what happens at the race I’m already proud of them.

With barcia being close to retirement. I cannot understand why prado is favourite to goto kawi and not be signed by gasgas.

One of three things happened to Eli. He was injured, sick, or had bike problems. I can't believe that's not obvious to people speculating he just "wasn't feeling it". He was riding around letting people go by as if he was on a parade lap. Something was clearly wrong.

I retract my “just riding off…” comment. That looked like it hurt like hell. Even the SX-valved/sprung forks went straight to the bottom. Kudos to Prado stopping and trying to slow the other riders down.

So what is this considered? Triple or quad? Same takeoff, same landing.

Great performance by Prado. I’m sure that was one of the most fun races of his life. He’s got to be hooked after the A1 experience and I’m sure we’ll see him back full time soon

I personally preferred them later. Do whatever you needed to do on Saturday and then settle in as you wind down to watch SX.

To be honest the whole stadium was unbearably loud. I think the only escape would have been a luxury suite. That 12 year old girl singing the National Anthem was very impressive

Hopefully this thread gets some people at least to wear ear protection. Ringing ears from the night? How'd you like to deal with that everyday? Ear damage is no joke. I know first hand.

Funny enough I had that thought before the race started... I was like man, I must just be getting old, until the racing started and I couldn't hear the bikes.
