Will also consider a nickel plated pipe. Yes I know these are hard to find, I've seen hdogg21's thread on this subject. Maybe if we can get a small group of us together looking for...

you know iam not 100% sure, i had my buddy drop them off and told him what color I wanted. Iam sure if you call over to I believe his name is Jerry and talk to him he call fill you in.

2/25/2021 8:49am What color cerakote would be closest to matching the outer fork tubes color from factory honda showa forks in 1996 like shown in the picture? I'd like to cerakote my tubes in this color to be as close to possible as a match for my build. Thank you!!

2/25/2021 8:49am Mostly not going with anodizing for cost reasons, can get them cerakoat'd locally for lot less from what I've seen from places that do the anodizing like SGB. The bike is not going to be getting a whole lot of track time also, a few times a year at most. So, durability of cerakote vs anodizing isn't a big issue...

You can call Rich and see if he has the jig for it. He does make cone pipes for older bikes. Did one for a friend of mine on a 91 yz 250.

2/8/2021 8:52am No. Looked at their page, but they have no pics for what they have available for what I'm looking for. Also never really heard much about them for dirtbike stuff. I guess they could be considered if I need to go a different route in a month or 2.

Yeah Bill's is definitely not interested in the slightest of remaking pipes for these bikes, many people including myself have tried to get them to. Best of luck to you bud, hope you find one...Happy hunting!!!

FYI, I as many others have tried Bills in recent times to remake them. I even offered to arrange a group buy through here to get them a bunch of orders up front with deposits/payments up front and they were not interested, replied with a flat out no. I think their Dies may be worn out or lost and I understand it's really expensive to make new ones. Shame as i'm sure they'd sell a tonne of 92-97 cr125 pipes in works finish.

2/4/2021 5:32pm I'm not looking for a cone pipe, just a Bills pipe that's not nickel plated. If I can't find one in the next month or 2 I will go with a DEP pipe as that is the closest looking to the bills that Lamson had on his 96 MXdN bike. I'm trying to get as close as possible in looks...
