Looking to buy preferably a works style Bills pipe for 1996 Honda CR125, or whatever other years may fit, thinking 92-97 maybe, not %100 positive. Will also consider a nickel plated pipe.

Yes I know these are hard to find, I've seen hdogg21's thread on this subject.

Maybe if we can get a small group of us together looking for these, Bills will make us a batch if we partially pre-pay, someone here know anyone at Bills that can make this happen?

They have already laid that one to rest, everything to do so has been sold or no longer available

I’m in discussions with a USA pipe builder for cone pipes for these bikes, it will be 500.00 for a pipe.... that will silence most who think they need one... but I may go ahead & have 5 made, I need 2, so 3 may be for sale.

I think the biggest issue is the fact that nino and whom ever else have been all about the massimo and DEP, that delivers the performance gains more so than other and are significantly cheaper than a cool looking cone pipe that may benefit the bike

I'm not looking for a cone pipe, just a Bills pipe that's not nickel plated. If I can't find one in the next month or 2 I will go with a DEP pipe as that is the closest looking to the bills that Lamson had on his 96 MXdN bike. I'm trying to get as close as possible in looks to the same bike for this build but will sacrifice where need be. I have no issues with a DEP if I cant come across a Bills, just that the Bills pipe would be correct for back then. Thanks!

FYI, I as many others have tried Bills in recent times to remake them. I even offered to arrange a group buy through here to get them a bunch of orders up front with deposits/payments up front and they were not interested, replied with a flat out no.

I think their Dies may be worn out or lost and I understand it's really expensive to make new ones. Shame as i'm sure they'd sell a tonne of 92-97 cr125 pipes in works finish.

Yeah Bill's is definitely not interested in the slightest of remaking pipes for these bikes, many people including myself have tried to get them to.

Best of luck to you bud, hope you find one...Happy hunting!!!

No. Looked at their page, but they have no pics for what they have available for what I'm looking for. Also never really heard much about them for dirtbike stuff. I guess they could be considered if I need to go a different route in a month or 2.

I have a brand new Bud/HGS pipe and carbon silencer. I know it isn't really what you are looking for but figured I would throw it out there

You can call Rich and see if he has the jig for it. He does make cone pipes for older bikes. Did one for a friend of mine on a 91 yz 250.

I'm considering picking up a 96 125 soon. Will this pipe be modeled after any existing or close to stock? Thanks!

Hey Seth, just seeing your post now. I have not had the pipes made yet... I have a PC pipe for template but want to do some more research before having the pipes made.
