Seth let the rider get in front of him in the whoops, which was correct, then passed him back. Whether he did it consciously or not it was the right move at the time. No penalty in my non-ama referee mind.

DD ... take your time with that rear end !!! Was crawling under one in a 25min swap thrash a while back and the 5min horn went off. Needless to say when the cable end wasn't the same as the other rear end the car didn't make the main. Moral is don't let it get to you. Used equipment can...

Technically if there was a way to "chose" which lap you wanted as the "last lap" then yes. However, in order for this paradox to exist you would have to get full cooperation from all other competitiors, which seems doubtful. Since it's going to cost @4Billion I'm sure they'll have any event they can in there. I do hope they make the Arlington location work. Great area, Hammond Indiana ... not so much. Bikes could find new homes down there.

Not that I'm aware of... while they aren't illegal, Mark Hall ran a straigh 6 in 360's back in the 90's in Northern California. The limiting factor is engine size. Though I've never seen a 410 V10 🤔 hmmm. Now the 4cyl Offy's, while not popular, were used in the distant past. AJ Foyt running one and being a vocal...
