I would say maybe a stiffer throttle spring to calm your foot a little might help on nights where there isn't much track there. The middle was definitely death valley! 5/25/2026 9:59pm Could hear the vibration ... must have been loud as hell in the car! I know you're getting a lot of voices helping you, just keep inching up on it you're doing it right. Dry tracks like that, try a taller gear if you have a set. 630's to a 618's or so.

5/23/2026 6:21am I would think you'd want a sweeter flavor not tart. In that case a honeycrisp or pink lady would be a better choice. A granny might end up overwhelming the rest of the flavors. Not a chef ... I'd get one of each and cut the burgers in half and make it a trial party. Looking forward to the results.
