Practice this week,. I love the 500 , haven’t missed it in over 35 years. It’s on my bucket list , hope to go sometime after I fully retire which is coming this September. Anyway I don’t know what some of these old racers are doing but man they look young for their age. Jamie Little just interviewed Johnny Rutherford and the guy doesn’t look much different than he did 20 years ago. Cool that Castroneves is back again. I haven’t been following practice times closely so far, but I’d love to see him win and break the 4 way tie and become the first 5 time winner.
One of my favourite motorsports events of the year too and one that's on my bucket list. Best day of the year, Monaco F1, Indy500 then Coke 600.

Except F1 tossed Monaco back to June 6-7th ... Canadian GP same day as Indy. So there's that ... which is moronic.

To get the full Monte definitely get to town by wed night and go do some indoor carting Thurs then carb day Fri... the neighborhood around the track is getting better but it's pretty depressed don't expect a lot. Go to the museum earliest as possible.

I did not know this, I always thought the lake was there. At least I don’t remember about the lake and golf course being built in the 90’s.
Looking at the extended forecast for the Indy area, I’m not going to be surprised if the 500 in delayed. Practice was postponed today after they ran some practice then the rain came. Hopefully things will change by the time Sunday comes.
