Head injury apparently, so it could just be the fact he rung his bell and hasnt passed the Concussion test . Back to back races are always a risk for this.

6/4/2026 8:09am Certain folks are bemoaning the fact that MXGP is (arguably) down to a two man title chase. But this isn't your typical 2 man chase. In '23 and '24 it was Prado/Febvre and Prado/Gajser and no one else. This year it looks like Herlings and Coenen, but Gajser, Febvre, Dewolf and Vialle are gonna mix things up at the top.

6/2/2026 6:14am Again, criticism of FIM is unwarranted, this time in the Van Drunen incident. They made much of her statement that she couldn't see out of her one eye after taking a knock. C'mon gentlemen, unless she told the FIM, how were they supposed to know this?

If you want to increase viewership of the pro races, you have to increase turnout at local tracks. People who ride, spin laps, and have done some local races are the ones who watch racing. Sure some wives and friends watch to but they only did because the guy who races or rides got them hooked. The way to get more people riding and racing is by fixing amateur racing and fixing the local track designs. Make the tracks safer , more forgiving, more fun, floaty forgiving ski jumps, fun hip jumps, fun turns, less jumps, less risk, more fun...

So I noticed something over the last years specially since Jett has moved up and some fans being very "anti Jett" and now recently the constant 250 career comparison with Deegan vs Jett and but comments like "Jett only had to beat privateers in 2023" really made me question this whole thing. Its been talked about a ton going into this season of pro motocross how deep this 450 field is. Was just watching the MXGP of France and cannot believe how many good riders there are in that class as well. This has to be an all time high for depth of field US and MXGP. Would be insane to see all these riders together a few times a year.

You may be right. Still, I'm always amazed at how many people in here know better that the people in charge. Race directing, filming, editing, first aid, bike setting. Such a bottomless pool of knowledge about everything, really. Anyways. Hope Benistant's surgery has positive results and he gets better.

5/24/2026 5:04pm I agree. Unless the race delayed his evacuation I don't see the issue. He was attended to quickly and never looked in danger.
