@Kawirider Your 2022 part number should be an LRI-xxx(497mm), Those look like the '06-'21 LRA-xxx(454mm) springs. @philepe747 Race Tech likes to use less preload than standard so they sell 492mm springs with spacers to get your preferred amount.

11/28/2022 10:32am Been building a 90 cr 250 will update with pics soon on the progression, anybody do anything with the stock forks read there not that great, anybody revalve theres ? Thinking of putting some gold valves in it, or possibly finding a newer set to put on it. Any info would be much appreciated.

I decided to tackle painting the frame myself on this one. I really, really like the Yamaha purplish blue metallic and that look is very difficult to duplicate in powder coat. Yes, I could have sent it out but half the fun of these projects is learning new things and I'm a DIY guy. Historically I have had very poor luck with painting but I have only ever used a rattle can. This time I picked up a basic touch up gun, watched a bunch of YouTube tutorials and then asked a bunch of dumb questions at the local paint...

I have had this bike since '04 It looked like this until now... 
Now.... 
I realize McGrath rode the Bud Light bike in '02 but I just like the way it looks. It's my first complete engine rebuild. Also, my first time rebuilding a shock. All oem parts. New rebuilt oem crank, thanks crankworks All new bearings Replated cylinder, thanks Power seal New powervalve Reeds Slide for carb Oem Plastics McGrath graphics Tall seat Enjoy seat cover Fmf pipe and silencer Renthal bars Etc..
