Kawinick191 Added a reply to Rekluse on a 2019 KX450f- would love some user info
2/12/2021 10:41pm I would say I have about 16 hours on basket and about 5-6 hours on the rekluse. Not totally sure but if I remember right there is no adjustment inside The rekluse. All the adjustment is done through the slave cylinder with The Allen key

2/12/2021 9:45pm I have a 20 kx450 and I put in the rekluse radius CX clutch and seem to have a slight issue with the clutch dragging and high rev. So every time I ride the bike I have to adjust slave Cylinder adjustment screw out to illuminate the dragging and hi rev but towards the end of the ride The dragging...

2/8/2021 9:10pm I had the same issue with my 2020 kx450. after about 10 hours my clutch was dragging w/ rev outs. so I just thought maybe weak clutch, so bought the full rekluse clutch thinking everything would be great but still have the same issue. Did you find a solution by chance ?

2/8/2021 9:04pm Has anyone tried the keefer clutch suggestion on the 19-20 kx450? Taking away the judder springs.I had a 19 kx450 with a ton of hours on it i had no clutch issues with. But just got another brand new 19 and has about an hour on it and the clutch almost feels like its dragging or not releasing all the way when exiting corners. (Same rev out type feel a smoked clutch with a ton of hours would have) Wondering if anyones had the same issue Thanks

1/25/2021 7:01pm I was planning on running full 110 race gas only cause that is what already run in my kx450 but It probably be a good idea to check what the jetting is now on the bike. If don’t mind me asking what jetting are you running on your kx250 ?

1/25/2021 6:53pm This is obviously a loaded question, but here's what worked for me wringing my modern YZ250 2-stroke's neck WFO in the desert ... (1) Maxima K2 @ 40:1 (but I was less nervous doing it at 32:1). But 40:1 proved safe. (2) Bel-Ray Gear Saver 80/85W and Maxima MTL ... threw in a little extra there ;-) P.S. There are some great 2-stroke oils out there. Don't let the nutty nuts convince you otherwise (like me, who insists on everything Maxima or Bel-Ray). Really, there's some great product out there, experiment - have fun learning!

1/25/2021 6:53pm Depends on jetting and a few other factors. We run 40:1 in our stock KX250. Make sure to run at least 50/50 pump and race gas if jetting is stock. They will detonate like crazy with pump gas and stock jetting

1/25/2021 4:32pm Hey guys I just bought a 06 kx250. It’s been about 10+ years senses I’ve owned a 2 stroke. Last I remember a good gas mix ratio was 32/1. But I’ve asked around an I’ve also hear 40/1. What is your guys recommendations ??

Kawinick191 Added a reply to 2020 Kx450 clutch push rod seal issues
11/25/2020 11:14am I think I’ve seen the thread you are referring to but I never pulled the rod out so that lead to think the oil seal possibly went bad. I ordered a new oil seal so I’m hoping that solves everything. The rekluse clutch on the other hand is by far the best thing i’ve ever bought throughout all the years...

11/21/2020 8:30am Just curious if anyone’s had this issue with the newer KX450 clutch push rod seal leaking oil into slave cylinder to cause slight pressure or hydro lock on the clutch
