Just curious if anyone’s had this issue with the newer KX450 clutch push rod seal leaking oil into slave cylinder to cause slight pressure or hydro lock on the clutch

I can't answer your question but that is one clean machine.

Never had hydro lock. If you pull the rod out oil can get in there when put back together. Clean everything and be conscious of he use rod when removing. This was discussed in the long ass thread but I’m not sure which page. How do you like the Rekluse setup?

Did you ever replace your basket where you had to take your push rod out?
No I didn’t pull the push rod out. There was no need to when I replaced the clutch

I think I’ve seen the thread you are referring to but I never pulled the rod out so that lead to think the oil seal possibly went bad. I ordered a new oil seal so I’m hoping that solves everything. The rekluse clutch on the other hand is by far the best thing i’ve ever bought throughout all the years I’ve been riding. I still riding the bike like it has a standard clutch but if your in technical stuff ,gnarly up hills, have arm pump or even feeling lazy lol it’s great. Realistically tho what this clutch does is cleans up an mistakes when riding.
