so......while i was replacing my clutch with some Rekluse Torq-drive components i pulled out the push rod while there was oil in the tranny. I guess i wasn't supposed to do this because the oil can work its way into the clutch master cylinder. Anyone else make this mistake? Advice on whether i should rebuild the clutch components or not?

I've had my master cylinder off of the side of the left cases before. I don't see how oil can enter it as it looked to be entirely sealed off. Just curious if anybody else have info on this?

Unless something is damaged, the engine oil and hydraulic system can't mix. Look at the parts diagram:

https://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/oem-parts/kawasaki/2019/kx450f/clutch

13256 is the hydraulic piston.

You can see in the diagram that the piston (not the rod) seals against the bore in the master cylinder casting.
There is no way for the piston to leak or pop out unless you remove the master cylinder from the engine.

So what they are saying in this video is that regular engine oil could get between the slave cylinder and the outer cases and cause a 'hydraulic lock'.
Soo.... if you pulled the rod out from the clutch side with the bike leaned over and engine oil in the cases, this could possibly have happened to you. Possibly.
If you want to ensure that it did not, simply remove the slave cylinder and clean any oil out that is on the outer cases and on the piston of the slave cylinder, then re-install it. Simple as that.

Make sure to get both gaskets needed to re mount the slave cylinder it will leak otherwise. Happened to me when I installed the rekluse slave and didn't wait for gaskets.
