K-dubbb Added a reply to RMZ250 Front End Plastics fit on a RM125 08?
5/10/2017 5:07am The most current RMZ stuff will work. You obviously need both the front plate and front fender - add 2 new holes in the front fender and you're all set!

K-dubbb Started a new thread Rm 125 Clutch
5/3/2017 9:42am So I ordered new clutch fibres as routine maintenance (EBC) for my 2002 RM 125, when I installed them I noticed that the fibres were not reaching the pressure plate...So I removed them and measured the plates: New EBC CK Series = 2.81mm Old (Tusk I Believe) = 3.21mm I only replaced the fibres, not the pressure plates.......I had to...

K-dubbb Added a comment about feature East Rutherford Supercross - The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
5/3/2017 5:12am As much as I agree with you, Eli has been the most impressive and strongest on MOST Saturdays.....And Dungey winning, I wouldn't call that unfortunate....He finished every race in the series within the top 4, it is really hard to argue that he hasn't been best overall, and that's what composes a championship winner. Just my 2 cents...

5/1/2017 5:20am It is easy to tell you come from the Mountain Bike/Cycling Industry.....no details overlooked, and the result is impressive! Great looking bike, I'd be curious how much it weighs, especially in relation to the showroom weight. Such an incredible bike!

4/26/2017 5:29pm I got the 05' Clamps off of ebay - mainly for the removable bar mounts on the 05' so I could run a bigger bar than a 7/8's.... As for Handling, nothing immediately noticeable.....great in the corners per usual, can cut in and hold the throttle all the way out.... OEM master, 2009 KXF Caliper with a 2008 Front Brake...

4/26/2017 10:49am I built an RM from the ground up a few years ago, and I totally love it! Mine is a 2002 as you've mentioned. I've added the modern routed front brake (Modern KXF caliper is direct bolt-on) and also added triple clamps off of an 05'. The bike corners on a dime and is so much fun to just scream...
K-dubbb Added a reply to 2002 Splitfire KX125 Build
4/21/2017 5:27am I like your taste, you're building my 11 year old dream bike - sitting beside a current generation KTM. Will be watching this splitfire build come together

4/18/2017 6:44pm Nice detective work - I've battled with rear brake lines due to this exact issue/mix-up and I totally missed the mounts for the frame mounted reservoir (in the picture posted by slosh). That is definitely an 01-03 frame. When you get another 04-07 frame (to go with your existing linkage of course), your current rear braking equipment should totally be...
K-dubbb Added a reply to 2003 rm 125 brake
4/17/2017 9:17am This is actually fairly easy.... You want to order an 04+ front line or one that says it is "CR Style" I have an 07 Kx 450F front brake caliper on mine and it is direct bolt on. Let me know if you have any questions.

4/13/2017 5:46am Sorry to hear about your frame dude, that's the sort of thing that keeps a guy up at night! I have an 02' and bought an 05 master cylinder for the rear when I was building the bike - and it did not bolt up to the 02' frame. The 05' Master is in my garage still, PM me if...

4/10/2017 5:09am Bike is looking good! I have the motion pro throttle and the boot that it came with is grey and cracks/falls apart extremely easy.....I was wondering the same thing about the OEM boot....please report if you try that route. Cheers!

4/6/2017 6:11am As much as I appreciate the google search, I was looking for compatibility answers. I am aware that I can pay triple the price to get rings sent to me in Canada - about the same price as the piston and ring set.....so just checking if I order Wiseco rings from a reliable & cost effective parts supplier....or if I...
